A University of Miami graduate with a degree in Psychology and Marketing, Vikas is a serial entrepreneur, who founded MaXposure in his dorm room in Miami in 2006 (while he was 20 years of age). Apart from being the founder of MaXposure, & Monsoon Salon & Spa and is a Partner at Startup Superfuel Fund. Vikas has been instrumental in building MaXposure business and eventually sold 78.5% stake to Bertelsmann in 2011 and bought it back in December 2014.

In October 2016, Vikas co-founded Be U salons. Be U Salon enables salons to escalate their business by providing multiple services like inventory and HR Management, customer relationship management, consumer behaviour analysis, and expense management. There are over 300 Be U salons across the country, making it the one of the top 3 salon chains in India.

Vikas actively evaluates investment opportunities for Jaipur Capital. Vikas has attended different programs in London School of Business, UC California, Indiana Bloomington, HES business school.

A Boston college graduate with a degree in Finance & Operation Tech Management, Prakash is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded MaXposure Media Group in 2006 in Miami and built it to be the largest Content Marketing company in Asia. Prakash also leads Aeroplay Entertainment (a global Inflight Entertainment CSP business) along with Alpha Pictures & Route 66 Pictures (Indian & Hollywood Content Distribution companies).
Prakash is an active investor in startup space in India, China, Singapore, and the US. Prakash is a partner in Jaipur Capital, the Johari family investment vehicle.
Prakash manages several business incubated along with his brother Vikas Johari which includes Monsoon Salon & Spa (India’s most awarded salon chain), Three Hands Infrastructure (A commercial real estate company).
